Lotteries Act 1952 s 3

s 3 Lotteries unlawful except with permit of Minister of Finance

Subject to section 16, any lottery promoted or conducted without a permit granted by the Minister of Finance under this Act or otherwise than in accordance with this Act shall be unlawful.
