s 14 Arrest by employer
(1) When any person employed to labour at mining or agriculture or at any other labour declared under section 13 to be subject to the provisions of the said section is found committing an offence under this Act in any place owned or occupied by his employer, he, and all other persons found abetting such offence, may be arrested without warrant by his employer or in the absence of the employer by any person authorized in writing by the employer to have the management of such place.
(2) Every person arrested under this section shall without unnecessary delay be handed over to a police officer or taken to the nearest police station for detention until he can be brought before a Magistrate.

Penangkapan oleh majikan
(1) Apabila mana-mana orang yang diambil kerja untuk perburuhan di perlombongan atau pertanian atau di mana-mana perburuhan lain yang diisytiharkan di bawah seksyen 13 sebagai tertakluk kepada peruntukan seksyen itu didapati melakukan suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini di mana-mana tempat yang dipunyai atau diduduki oleh majikannya, dia dan semua orang lain yang didapati menyubahati kesalahan itu, boleh ditangkap tanpa waran oleh majikannya atau dalam masa ketiadaan majikan itu oleh mana-mana orang yang diberi kuasa secara bertulis oleh majikan itu untuk menguruskan tempat itu.
(2) Tiap-tiap orang yang ditangkap di bawah seksyen ini hendaklah tanpa kelengahan yang tidak perlu diserahkan kepada seorang pegawai polis atau dibawa ke balai polis yang terdekat untuk penahanan sehingga dia boleh dibawa ke hadapan seorang Majistret.
