s 7 Establishment of Federal Territory and State Sports Councils

(1) There shall be established in the Federal Territory a Federal Territory Sports Council and in every State a State Sports Council in respect of which the provisions of the Second Schedule shall have effect. (2) All the provisions of this Act which refer or apply to a State Sports Council shall, with such modification as the circumstances may require, be deemed to refer or apply to the Federal Territory Sports Council.

(1) Maka hendak-lah di-tubohkan dalam tiap2 Negeri suatu Majlis Sokan Negeri di-mana peruntokan2 Jadual Kedua Akta hendak-lah berkuatkuasa. (2) Menteri boleh dengan perentah meminda atau mengubah peruntokan2 Jadual Kedua. BAAGIAN V PENTADBIRAN po tn nart nasme hat dhval Mialie an Dengan sharat bahawa Ketua Pengarah pertama sa-lepas sahaja Akta ini mula berkuatkuasa hendak-lah sa-orang yang di-lantek oleh Menteri. [Bhg. Y-VI, S. 8-9] (2) Lembaga boleh melantek pegawai2 dan penjawat2 lain sa-bagaimana yang di-fikirkan-nya perlu bagi menjalankan hal ehwal Majlis dengan chekap. (3) Ketua Pengarah dan lain2 pegawai dan penjawat Lembaga hendak-lah bertanggongjawab kapada Lembaga. (4) Ketua Pengarah, pegawaiz dan penjawatz Majlis hendak-lah memegang jawatan sa-lama tempoh atau empoh?, menerima gaji dan elaun dan tertaklok kapada sharat2 perkhidmatan mengikut sa-bagaimana yang di-tetapkan oleh Lembaga.
