s 6 Board of Management
(1) The management of the affairs of the Council shall be vested in a Board of Management which shall consist of the Chairman of the Council who shall also be the Chairman of the Board, and not less than six but not more than ten members to be appointed by the Minister in the manner specified in subsection (2).
(2) The members of the Board shall be appointed as follows:
(a) four members shall be persons who are members of the Council appointed under section 5;
(b) one representative each of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Finance respectively; and
(c) any other persons the Minister considers fit and proper persons to be members of the Board.
(3) At any meeting of the Board one third of the total membership of the Board shall constitute a quorum.
(4) Part II of the First Schedule shall apply to members of the Board.

(2) Ahli Lembaga hendak-lah di-lantek saperti berikut—
(a) empat orang ahli dari antara orang2 yang menjadi ahli Majlis yang di-lantek di-bawah sekshen 5;
(b) sanrang ankil
(b) sa-orang wakil Kementerian Kebudayaan, Belia sa-orang wakil Kementerian Kewangan; dan
(c) mana2 orang lain yang di-fikirkan layak dan patut menjadi ahli Lembaga.
(3) Dalam mana2 meshuarat Lembaga satu pertiga daripada bilangan ahli2 Lembaga ada-lah menchukupi koram.
