An application shall relate to one invention only or to a group of inventions so linked as to form a single general inventive concept.

Sesuatu permohonan hendaklah berhubungan dengan satu reka cipta sahaja atau dengan suatu kumpulan reka cipta yang dihubungkan sedemikian rupa hingga terbentuk satu konsep perekaciptaan am tunggal.
