s 10
(1) It any difficulty or anomaly arises in connection Prevention with the implementation of the provisions of this Act, or diomalies. the Minister may by order make such modification therein as may appear to him necessary for removing or preventing such diffculty or anomaly.
(2) The Minister shall not exercise the powers conferred by subsection (1) after the expiration of three years from the commencement of this Act. (1) Jika timbul apa-apa kesulitan atau anomali Pesclgahan erkaitan dengan pelaksanaan peruntukan-peruntukan Akta ini. Menterì boleh melalui perintah membuat anomal apa-apa ubahsuaian di dalamnya yang pada hematnya pertu untuk menghapuskan atau mencegah kesulitan atau anomali itu.
