(1) All lands that immediately before the commencement of this Act were vested in the Lembaga shall, on thecommencement of this Act, vest in the Federal Lands Commissioner for the purpose of the Government. 2) All property and assetsother than land that immediately before the commencement of this Act were vested in the Lembaga or in anyperson on its behalf shall, on the commencement of this Act, vest in the Government. (1) Semua tanah yang sebelum sahaja mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini terletakhak pada Lembaga hendaklah, pada mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini, diletakhakkan pada Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan bagi maksud Kenajaan. (2) Semua harta dan aset selain dari tanah yang sebelum sahaja mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini jer letakhak pada Lembaga atau pada mana-mana orang bagi pihaknya hendaklah, pada mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini, diletakhakkan pada Kerajaan.
