s 14 Certificate of birth
At the time of registering the birth of any child, the Registrar shall give to the informant a Certificate of Birth in the prescribed form and certified as required by subsection 32(2).

Pada masa mendaftar kelahiran mana-mana kanak-kanak, Pendaftar hendaklah memberi kepada pemberitahu suatu Perakuan Kelahiran dalam borang yang ditetapkan dan diperakui sebagaimana dikehendaki oleh subseksyen 32(2).
