(1) Tiada seseorang lelaki boleh berkahwin dengan Orang-orang seseorang bukan Islam kecuali seorang Kitabiyah. dari agama lain. (2) Tiada seseorang perempuan boleh berkahwin dengan seseorang bukan Islam.
