s 101 Prohibition order by Court
(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of section 89, the Court may, where it considers it necessary so to do, make an order prohibiting the father of a minor or the father’s father or their respective executors or their respective executors’ executors from—
(a) selling, charging, mortgaging, exchanging, or otherwise parting with the possession of any movable or immovable property of the minor; or
(b) leasing any land belonging to the minor for a term exceeding one year, without the prior leave of the Court.
(2) Any disposal of a minor’s property in contravention of the order may be declared void, and on such declaration the Court may make such order as appears requisite for restoring to the minor’s estate the property disposed of.
(3) The Court shall not make any order under subsection (2) unless it is necessary or advisable in the interests of the minor.

(1) Walau apa pun peruntukan-peruntukan seksyen 89, Mahkamah boleh, jiką ia fikirkan perlu Mabkamah. berbuat demikian, membuat suatu perintah melarang bapa atau datuk lelaki di sebelah bapa seorang kanakkanak atau wasi-wasi mereka masing-masing atau wasi-wasi kepada wasi-wasi mereka masing-masing dari-
(a) menjual, menggadaikan, menggadai janji, menukar, ataupun dengan cara lain melepaskan milik mana-mana harta alih atau harta takalih kanak-kanak itu; atau
(b) memajakkan mana-mana tanah kepunyaan kanak-kanak itu selama tempoh lebih daripada satu tahun, tanpa mendapat kebenaran terlebih dahulu dari Mahkamah. rsa Apara ple pelapu san htata ses bonek anaktkpkak sebagai taksah, dan atas penetapan itu Mahkamah boleh membuat apa-apa perintah yang difikirkannya erke pada kamak-kamaklikan harta yang dilupuskan
(3) Mahkamah tidak boleh membuat apa-apa perintah di bawah subseksyen (2) melainkan jika perlu atau baik bagi kepentingan kanak-kanak itu. 1kra 232.
