s 113 Syubhah intercourse

Where a man has syubhah sexual intercourse with a woman, and she is subsequently delivered of a child between the period of six qamariah months to four qamariah years after the intercourse, the paternity of the child shall be ascribed to the man.

Jika seorang lelaki melakukan persetubuhan Persesyubhah dengan seorang perempuan dan kemudiannya sybuhan. perempuan itu melahirkan seorang anak dalam tempoh antara enam bulan qamariah hingga empat tahun qamariah selepas persetubuhan itu, maka lelaki itu hendaklah disifatkan sebagai bapa anak itu.
