Any person aggrieved by any decision of any Court, or any Registrar under this Act may appeal to the Syariah Appeal Court.

Mana-mana orang yang terkilan dengan apa-apa Rayuan. eputusan mana-mana Mahkamah, mana-mana Hakin Syar'iah, atau mana-mana Pendaftar di bawah Akta in boleh merayu kepada Jawatankuasa Rayuan mengikut prosedur yang ditetapkan dalam Enakmen Pentadbiran atau dalam mana-mana undang-undang lain berkenaan dengan prosedur sivil Syar'iah Ins.AA126)
