s 130 Apostasy to annul marriage

Any person who dislikes his or her spouse and by deception makes himself or herself an apostate in order to annul his or her marriage commits an offence and shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one year.

Seseorang yang tidak suka akan suami atau Jadimurta isterinya dan dengan perdayaan menjadikan dirinya membatal murtad untuk membatalkan perkahwinannya adalah kan perkahwinan. penjara tidak melebihi/enam bulan. * setahun ДA902
