s 35 Omission to appear before Registrar within prescribed time

Any person who, being required by section 31 to appear before a Registrar, fails to do so within the prescribed time commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or both.
