The Court may, when awarding maintenance, order the person liable to pay the maintenance to secure the whole or any part of it by vesting any property in trustees upon trust to pay the maintenance or a part thereof out of the income from the property.
Mahkamah boleh, apabila menentukan nafkah, memerıntankan orang yang bertanggungan membayaı nafkah itu supaya memberi cagaran bagi kesemua atau apa-apa bahagiannya dengan meletakhak apa-apa harta pada pemegang-pemegang amanah dengan amanah supaya membayar nafkah itu atau sebahagiannya daripada pendapatan harta itu.
