(1) The right of a divorced wife to receive maintenance from her former husband under any order of Court shall cease on the expiry of the period of ‘iddah or on the wife being nusyuz. (2) The right of a divorced wife to receive a pemberian from her former husband under an agreement shall cease on her remarriage.
(1) Hak bagi seseorang isteri yang telah bercerai Hak (2) Hak bagi seseoraffg isteri yang telah bercerai untuk menerima pemberian daripada suaminya yang dahulu di bawah sesuatu perjanjian hendaklah terhenti apabıla isteri itu berkahwin atau hidup dalam perzinaan dengan seseorang lain, melainkan jika perjanjian itu memperuntukkan selainnya.
