s 77 Recovery of arrears of maintenance of a child
Section 69 shall apply, mutatis mutandis and according to Hukum Syarak, to orders for the payment of maintenance for the benefit of a child.

Seksyen 69 hendaklah dipakai, dengan pindaan ang sesuai,/ bagi perintah-perintah mengenai pem avaran nafkah untuk faedah seseorang anal UNDANG-UNDANG KBLUARGA ISLAM (WILAYAH PERSBKUTUAN) [Bah. VI, S. 78-79] seorang kanak-kanak, setakat mana bapa dan ibu sehargahli kamah boleh membuat apa-apa perintah yang perlu bagi memastikan kebajikan kanak-kanak itu. (2) Kewajipan yang ditanggungkan oleh subseksyen (1) hendaklah terhenti jika kanak-kanak itu dibawa pergi oleh bapa atau ibunya. 2/08902 kanak-kanak itu.
