Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 s 31
In the performance of its functions under this Part, the appropriate authority may, if it thinks it fit so to do, consult the Director General of Environmental Quality appointed under subsection 3(1) of the Environmental Quality Act 1974 [Act 127] on any matter under this Part.

Pada menjalankan fungsi-fungsinya di bawah Bahagian ini, pihak berkuasa berkenaan boleh, jika difikirkannya patut berbuat demikian, meminta nasihat Ketua Pengarah Kualiti Alam Sekitar yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 3(1) Akta Kualiti Alam Sekeliling 1974 mengenai apa-apa perkara di bawah Bahagian ini.
