Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 s 42
For the purposes of this Part, “installation operator” means— (a) a person licensed under this Act by the appropriate authority as the operator of a nuclear installation; or (b) a person who but for the cancellation or suspension of a licence issued under this Act would be the holder of such a licence.
Makna “pengendali pepasangan” bagi maksud Bahagian
Bagi maksud Bahagian ini, ―pengendali pepasangan‖ ertinya— (a) seorang yang dilesen di bawah Akta ini oleh pihak berkuasa berkenaan sebagai pengendali pepasangan nuklear; atau (b) seorang yang jika tidak kerana pembatalan atau penggantungan lesen yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini tetap menjadi pemegang lesen yang sedemikian itu.
