s 50 Liability not affected by Act
Nothing in this Act shall affect the liability outside this Act of the installation operator for nuclear damage for which, by virtue of paragraph 46(2)(b), he is not liable under this Act.

Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh menyentuh liabiliti pengendali pepasangan di luar kuasa Akta ini terhadap kerosakan nuklear yang mana, menurut perenggan 46(2)(b), dia tidak bertanggungan di bawah Akta ini.
