s 64 Prescription with respect to nuclear material stolen, lost, jettisoned or abandoned
(1) Where nuclear damage is caused by a nuclear incident involving nuclear material which had at any time been stolen, lost, jettisoned or abandoned, the period within which to bring actions for compensation pursuant to section 63 shall be computed from the date of that nuclear incident and not from the date such nuclear material had been stolen, lost, jettisoned or abandoned.
(2) For the avoidance of doubt, the actions for compensation in the circumstances referred to in subsection (1) shall lie against the installation operator by virtue of section 45 but without prejudice, however, to his right of recourse under section 47, and any person against whom the installation operator has a right of recourse under section 47 shall not be entitled to bring any claim for compensation against the installation operator.

Penetapan mengenai bahan nuklear yang dicuri, hilang, dibuang atau ditinggalkan
(1) Jika kerosakan nuklear disebabkan oleh suatu insiden nuklear yang melibatkan bahan nuklear yang pada bila-bila masa telah dicuri, hilang, dibuang atau ditinggalkan, tempoh yang ditetapkan untuk membuat tuntutan pampasan menurut seksyen 63 hendaklah dikira dari tarikh insiden nuklear itu dan bukan dari tarikh bahan nuklear itu dicuri, hilang, dibuang atau ditinggalkan.
(2) Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, tindakan untuk pampasan dalam hal keadaan yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) boleh dibuat terhadap pengendali pepasangan menurut seksyen 45 tetapi tidak menyentuh, bagaimanapun, kepada hak bertindaknya di bawah seksyen 47 dan mana-mana orang yang terhadapnya pengendali pepasangan mempunyai hak bertindak di bawah seksyen 47 tidak berhak membawa apa-apa tuntutan pampasan terhadap pengendali pepasangan itu.
