Child Care Centre Act 1984 s 24
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act the Director General may, on the application of the person registered in respect of a child care centre, allow that the said child care centre receive children above the age of four years, subject to such further terms and conditions which the Director General may deem necessary. Walau apa pun yang terkandung dalam Akta ini Ketua Pengarah boleh, apabila permohonan dibuat oleh orang yang didaftarkan berhubungan dengan taman asuhan kanak-kanak, membenarkan taman asuhan kanak-kanak yang tersebut menerima masuk kanak-kanak di atas umur empat tahun, tertakluk kepada apa-apa terma dan syarat selanjutnya yang difikirkan perlu oleh Ketua Pengarah.
