s 27 How detained vessel to be dealt with
Any vessel detained under this Part and the crew thereof shall be taken to the nearest or most convenient port and dealt with in accordance with the provisions of this Act or any applicable written law.

Mana-mana vesel yang ditahan di bawah Bahagian Bagaimana vesel yang dan krunya hendaklah dibawa ke pelabuhan yang ditahar terdekat atau yang senang terdapat dan diuruskan diuruskan. mengikut peruntukan-peruntukan Akta ini atau manamana undang-undang bertulis yang terpakai.
