Any person who— (a) wilfully obstructs any authorized officer in the exercise of any of the powers conferred on him by this Act or any applicable written law; (b) fails to comply with any lawful order or requirement under this Act or such written law; or (c) fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Act or such written law for which no punishment is provided for failure to comply therewith, shall be guilty of an offence.
Mana-mana orang yang Menghalang pegawai (a) dengan sengaja menghalang mana-mana pega- berkuasa, wai berkuasa dalam menjalankan mana-mana dll. kuasa yang diberi kepadanya oleh Akta ini atau mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang terpakai; (b) tidak mematuhi perintah atau kehendak seseorang yang berkaitan di bawah Akta ini atau undang-undang bertulis itu; (c) tidak mematuhi mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini atau undang-undang bertulis itu yang mana hukuman tidak ada diperuntukkan baginya kerana kegagalan mematuhi dengannya itu, adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan.
