s 35 Court may order forfeiture in certain circumstances
Where it is proved to the satisfaction of a court that any article, vessel or thing detained under the provision of this Act or any applicable written law was the subject matter of, or was used in the commission of, an offence under this Act or such written law, the court may order the forfeiture of such article, vessel or thing notwithstanding that no person may have been found guilty of such offence.
