For the purposes of this Act or any applicable written law, the court shall presume that maps, plans or charts purporting to be made by the authority of— (a) the Federal Government; (b) the Government of any State in Malaysia; or (c) the Government of a State as defined in section 2 and approved by the Federal Government or the Government of any State in Malaysia for use, were so made and are accurate.
Bagi maksud-maksud Akta ini atau mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang terpakai, mahkamah hendaklah menganggap bahawa peta, pelan atau carta yang berupa sebagai dibuat dengan kuasa dari— (a) Kerajaan Persekutuan; (b) Kerajaan mana-mana Negeri di Malaysia; atau (c) Kerajaan suatu Negara sebagaimana ditakrifkan dalam seksyen 2 dan diluluskan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan atau Kerajaan manamana Negeri di Malaysia bagi kegunaan, telah dibuat demikian dan adalah tepat.
