s 5 [Pt. II, S. 5-7] Holding out as a

Where any person holds himself out to be a registered registered takaful operator in respect of family solioperator. darity business or general business or both where he is not registered under this Act in respect of that business, that person shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term of twelve months or to both, and to a daily fine of not exceeding four thousand ringgit. Use of word "takaful".

Jika seseoramg mengemukakan dirinya sebagai pengendali takatul berdaftar berkenaan dengan perniagaan perpaduan keluarga atau perniagaan am atau keduamanakala dia tidak didaftarkan di bawah Akta ini berkenaan dengan perniagaan itu, maka orang itu adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan dan, apabila disabitkan, boleh dikenakan denda sebanyak dua puluh ribu ringgit atau penjara selama tempoh dua belas bulan atau kedua-duanya, dan denda harian tidak melebihi empat riou ringgit.
