(1) Regulations may provide for the collection by or on behalf of the Director General, at such intervals or on such occasions as may be prescribed, of statistical information as to such matters relevant to takaful as may be prescribed, and may provide for the collection and use of such information for any purpose, whether or not connected with takaful.
(2) Such regulations may make provision for requiring operators, takaful brokers and adjusters to furnish to thè Director General, in the prescribed form, such information as may be prescribed.
(3) No use shall be made of any information obtained by or on behalf of the Director General by virtue only of this section except in a form which does not disclose the affairs of any particular person.

(1) Peraturan-peraturan boleh membuat peruntukan mengenai pemungutan oleh atau bagi pihak Ketua Pengarah, pada lat-lat tempoh atau ketika-ketika yang ditetapkan, maklumat statistik mengenai perkaraperkara yang relevan dengan takaful sebagaimana yang ditetapkan, dan _boleh membuat peruntukan tesgan akanmanceula, dam enesana aik bone tn
(2) Peraturan-peraturan itu boleh membuat peruntukan untuk menghendaki pengendali, broker takaful dan ajuster supaya memberi kepada Ketua Pengarah, dalam borang yang ditetapkan, apa-apa maklumat sebagaimana yang ditetapkan.
(3) Sesuatu maklumat yang diperolehi oleh atau bagi pihak Ketua Pengarah tidak boleh digunakar semata-mata menurut kuasa seksyen ini kecuali dalam bentuk yang tidak menzahirkan hal-ehwal seseorang yang tertentu.
