(1) Tiap-tiap pengendali hendaklah membayar apa- Fee apa tee pendattaran tabunan sebagaimana yang ditetap- penunararan kan oleh Menteri. (2) Menteri boleh menetapkan fee pendaftaran yang berlainan .bagi perniagaan takaful dari kelas yang berlainan.
