National Forestry Act 1984 s 109
Where a person charged with an offence under this Act is a body corporate, every person who, at the time of the commission of such offence, is a director or officer of that body corporate may be charged jointly in the same proceedings with the body corporate, and where the body corporate is convicted of the offence charged, every such director or officer shall be deemed to be guilty of the offence.
Kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh perbadanan
Jika orang yang dipertuduh melakukan suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini adalah suatu pertubuhan perbadanan, tiaptiap orang, yang pada masa berlakunya kesalahan sedemikian, adalah seorang pengarah atau pegawai pertubuhan perbadanan itu boleh dipertuduh bersesama dalam prosiding yang sama dengan pertubuhan perbadanan itu, dan jika pertubuhan perbadanan itu *CATATAN—Sebelum ini “dua ribu ringgit”—lihat Akta Perhutanan Negara (Pindaan) 1993 [Akta A864]. **CATATAN—Sebelum ini “satu tahun”—lihat Akta Perhutanan Negara (Pindaan) 1993 [Akta A864]. disabitkan dengan kesalahan yang dipertuduh, tiap-tiap pengarah atau pegawai sedemikian hendaklah disifatkan melakukan kesalahan itu.
