s 85 Removal pass required for inter-State movement of forest produce
(1) No person shall bring into the State from any other State any forest produce unless he is in possession of a valid removal pass issued by an authorized officer of the other State.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding †fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ††five years or to both such fine and imprisonment.

Pas pemindah dikehendaki bagi pemindahan hasil hutan di antara Negeri
(1) Tiada seorang pun boleh membawa ke dalam Negeri apa-apa hasil hutan dari mana-mana Negeri lain melainkan jika dia memiliki suatu pas pemindah yang sah yang dikeluarkan oleh pegawai diberi kuasa Negeri lain itu.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan apabila disabitkan boleh didenda tidak melebihi † lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi ††lima tahun atau kedua-duanya.
