s 89 Seizure of forest produce the subject of an offence
Any forest produce in respect of which there has been, or there is, reasonable cause to suspect that there has been committed a forest offence, together with any receptacle, package or conveyance in which the same may have been found or which has been used in connection with such offence, and any machinery, tool, book, document or other things which may reasonably be believed to have a bearing on the case, may be seized by any forest officer not below the rank of Forester or any police officer.

Menyita hasil hutan yang menjadi perkara kesalahan
Apa-apa hasil hutan yang mengenainya telah ada, atau ada, alasan munasabah bagi mengesyaki bahawa telah berlaku suatu kesalahan hutan, bersama-sama dengan apa-apa bekas, bungkusan atau pengangkut yang ianya telah dijumpai atau yang telah digunakan berkaitan dengan kesalahan itu, dan apa-apa jentera, alat, buku, dokumen atau benda lain yang dengan munasabahnya dipercayai mempunyai kaitan dengan kes itu, boleh disita oleh mana-mana pegawai hutan yang berpangkat tidak rendah daripada Pengawas Hutan atau mana-mana pegawai polis.
