Fisheries Act 1985 s 22
Where he is satisfied that it is necessary or expedient for the proper management of fisheries so to do, the Director General may from time to time vary the conditions of a permit issued under this Part but due notice of such intended variation shall be given to the permit holder who shall, if he so desires, have the right to be heard within such period as the Director General may allow.
Perubahan syarat dalam permit
Ketua Pengarah boleh dari semasa ke semasa mengubah syarat permit yang dikeluarkan di bawah Bahagian ini jika dia berpuas hati bahawa adalah perlu atau suai manfaat untuk berbuat demikian bagi pengurusan perikanan yang sempurna, tetapi notis yang wajar tentang perubahan yang dicadangkan itu hendaklah diberi kepada pemegang permit yang mana jika dia berhasratkan sedemikian, adalah mempunyai hak untuk didengar dalam tempoh sebagaimana yang dibenarkan oleh Ketua Pengarah.
