Fisheries Act 1985 s 45
s 45 Power to make regulations
(1) The Minister may make regulations specifically or generally for the zoning, management, development, control and protection of marine parks and marine reserves in Malaysian fisheries waters and for the purposes of this Part.
(2) The Minister may make different regulations under subsection
(1) in respect of different marine parks and marine reserves and such regulations may provide for the division of the parks and reserves into zones and may set out the conditions under which each zone shall be established and maintained.

Kuasa untuk membuat peraturan-peraturan
(1) Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan secara khusus atau amnya untuk mengezonkan, mengurus, memaju, mengawal dan melindungi taman laut dan rizab laut di perairan perikanan Malaysia dan bagi maksud Bahagian ini.
(2) Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berlainan di bawah subseksyen (1) berkenaan dengan taman laut dan rizab laut yang berlainan dan peraturan-peraturan itu boleh membuat peruntukan mengenai pembahagian taman dan rizab itu kepada zon dan boleh menetapkan syarat yang menurutnya setiap zon dibentuk dan disenggarai.
