Fisheries Act 1985 s 5

s 5 Inland fisheries officers and deputy inland fisheries officers

Subject to subsection 3(1), the State Authority may appoint such inland fisheries officers and deputy inland fisheries officers as may be necessary for implementing the provisions of this Act insofar as they relate to turtles and inland fisheries in the States of Malaysia.

Pegawai perikanan darat dan timbalan pegawai perikanan darat

Tertakluk kepada subseksyen 3(1), Pihak Berkuasa Negeri boleh melantik beberapa orang pegawai perikanan darat dan timbalan pegawai perikanan darat sebagaimana yang perlu untuk melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini setakat yang ia berhubung dengan penyu dan perikanan darat di Negeri-Negeri Malaysia.
