Fisheries Act 1985 s 53

s 53 Obstruction of authorized officer

Any person who resists or wilfully obstructs any authorized officer or fails to comply with any requirement made by any authorized officer in the exercise of his powers and duties under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit.

Galangan terhadap pegawai diberi kuasa

Mana-mana orang yang menentang atau dengan sengaja menghalang mana-mana pegawai diberi kuasa atau tidak mematuhi apa-apa kehendak yang dibuat oleh mana-mana pegawai diberi kuasa semasa menjalankan kuasa dan kewajipannya di bawah Akta ini adalah bersalah melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh dikenakan denda tidak melebihi dua puluh ribu ringgit.
