s 7 Application of this Part
The provisions of this Part shall apply in respect of every licence issued under this Act but shall not, except as hereinafter provided, apply in respect of any permit issued under Part V.

Peruntukan Bahagian ini hendaklah terpakai berkenaan dengan tiap-tiap lesen yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini tetapi tidaklah terpakai, kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan kemudian dari ini, berkenaan dengan apa-apa permit yang dikeluarkan di bawah Bahagian V.
