Jikaβ (a) kelulusan dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 25; atau (b) syarikat bursa itu diarah supaya menggantung perdagangan di bawah seksyen 26 atau 28, atau menutup bursa komoditi di bawah seksyen 41? Pesuruhjaya hendaklah menyiarkan suatu notis mengenai pembatalan lesen itu atau arahan untuk menggantung perdagangan atau menutup bursa komoditi itu, mengikut mana yang berkenaan.
