Pendaftaran seseorang orang berdaftar adalah dianggap telah digantung apabila orang berdattar tersebut telah digantung keanggotaannya dalam syarikat bursa di bawah kaedah-kaedah syarikat bursa dan penggantungan tersebut akan berterusan sehingga keanggotaannya dalam syarikat bursa itu dipulihkar atau sehingga pendaftarannya telah diputuskan mengikut peruntukan-peruntukan Akta ini, mengikut mana yang terdahulu.
