Seseorang juruaudit yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 59 atau 60 hendaklah, apabila tamat pemeriksaan dan pengauditan yang berkenaan dengannya dia dilantik itu, membuat suatu laporan mengenainya kepada Pesuruhjaya.
