s 65

Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Bahagian ini boleh syarikat menahan syarikat bursa atau Pesuruhjaya daripada bursa boleh mengenakan ke atas peniaga-peniaga apa-apa obligasi kan liabiliti kehendak lanjutan yang difikirkan perlu oleh keatas syarka_ bursa atau Pesuruhjaya ita berkenaan a (a) pengauditan akaun-akaun; (b) maklumat yang hendak diberi dalam laporan oleh juruaudit-juruaudit; atau (c) penyimpanan apa-apa buku, akaun dan rekod.
