Syarikat bursa boleh melaburkan apa-apa wang yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kumpulan Wang Pampasan dan yang tidak dikehendaki dengan segera bagi apa-apa maksud lain yang diperuntukkan oleh Bahagian int- (a) sebagai simpanan tetap dengan suatu bank berlesen; atau (b) dalam sekuriti-sekuriti di mana pemegangpemegang amanah dibenarkan oleh undangundang melaburkan kumpulan wang amanah.
