Amaun yang boleh dibayar kepada seseorang, dan Hadpasan. amaun atau agregat amaun yang boleh dibayar dalam hal mana-mana seorang anggota sebagai pampasan di bawah subseksyen (1) seksyen 93, hendaklah terhad kepada amaun yang dinyatakan di dalam kaedahkaedah syarikat bursa.
