Copyright Act 1987 s 12
Where the copyright in any work is vested in the Government, the Ministry or Department concerned with the copyright shall be responsible for the administration and control of that copyright on behalf of the Government: Provided that the Ministry or Department concerned may authorize the Director of National Archives to administer and control that copyright on behalf of the Government.
Pentadbiran hak cipta Kerajaan
Jika hak cipta bagi mana-mana karya adalah terletak hak pada Kerajaan, Kementerian atau Jabatan yang berkaitan dengan hak cipta itu hendaklah bertanggungjawab atas pentadbiran dan kawalan hak cipta tersebut bagi pihak Kerajaan: Dengan syarat bahawa Kementerian atau Jabatan berkenaan boleh memberi kuasa kepada Pengarah Arkib Negara untuk mentadbir dan mengawal hak cipta tersebut bagi pihak Kerajaan.
