Copyright in a work of architecture shall include the exclusive right to control the erection of any building which reproduces the whole or a substantial part of the work either in its original form or in any form recognizably derived from the original:
Provided that the copyright in any such work shall not include the right to control the reconstruction or rehabilitation in the same style as the original, of a building to which that copyright relates.

Kuasa hak cipta mengenai karya seni bina
Hak cipta mengenai sesuatu karya seni bina adalah juga termasuk hak eksklusif untuk mengawal pembinaan apa-apa bangunan yang mengeluarkan semula keseluruhan atau sebahagian besar karya itu sama ada dalam bentuk asalnya atau dalam apa-apa bentuk yang boleh dikenal sebagai diambil daripada yang asalnya:
Dengan syarat bahawa hak cipta dalam mana-mana karya itu tidaklah termasuk hak untuk mengawal pembinaan semula atau pemulihan sesuatu bangunan yang berkenaan dengan hak cipta itu mengikut stailnya yang asal.
