s 19 Duration of copyright in sound recording
Copyright which subsists in a sound recording under this Act shall continue to subsist until the expiry of a period of fifty years computed from the beginning of the calendar year next following the year in which the recording was first published or, if the sound recording has not been published, from the beginning of the calendar year following the year of fixation.

Jangka masa hak cipta mengenai rakaman bunyi
Hak cipta yang wujud mengenai sesuatu rakaman bunyi di bawah Akta ini hendaklah terus wujud sehingga habis tempoh lima puluh
tahun yang dihitung dari permulaan tahun kalendar berikutan tahun rakaman itu mula-mula diterbitkan atau, jika rakaman bunyi itu tidak diterbitkan, dari permulaan tahun kalendar itu berikutan tahun penetapan.
