Copyright Act 1987 s 23
Copyright which subsists in works of the Government, Government organizations and international bodies under this Act shall continue to subsist until the expiry of a period of fifty years computed from the beginning of the calendar year next following the year in which the work was first published.
Jangka masa hak cipta mengenai karya Kerajaan, pertubuhan Kerajaan dan badan antarabangsa
Hak cipta yang wujud mengenai karya Kerajaan, pertubuhan Kerajaan, dan badan antarabangsa yang wujud di bawah Akta ini hendaklah terus wujud sehingga habis tempoh lima puluh tahun yang dihitung dari permulaan tahun kalendar berikutan dengan tahun yang karya itu mula-mula diterbitkan.
