s 33 Tribunal may request for information
(1) The Tribunal may request for such information as it may deem necessary for the purpose of exercising any of its powers and functions under this Act and any subsidiary legislation made thereunder.
(2) Any person who refuses to comply with such request by the Tribunal shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.

Tribunal boleh meminta maklumat
(1) Tribunal boleh meminta apa-apa maklumat yang difikirkannya perlu bagi maksud menjalankan mana-mana kuasa dan fungsinya di bawah Akta ini dan apa-apa perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawahnya.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang enggan mematuhi permintaan sedemikian oleh Tribunal melakukan suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini.
