s 35 Regulations relating to Tribunal

The Minister may make regulations in respect of the Tribunal and in particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, in respect of the following matters: (a) prescribing the manner in which any matter may be referred to, or any dispute may be heard by, the Tribunal; (b) prescribing the procedure to be adopted by the Tribunal in dealing with any matter referred to it, or hearing any dispute, under this Act and the records to be kept by the Tribunal; (c) prescribing the manner in which the Tribunal shall be convened and the place where the Tribunal shall hold its sittings; (d) prescribing a scale of costs and fees payable in respect of any inquiry or proceedings before the Tribunal; and (e) generally for the better carrying out of the functions assigned to the Tribunal by this Act.

Peraturan-peraturan mengenai Tribunal

Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan berkenaan dengan Tribunal dan khususnya dan tanpa menjejas keluasan makna peruntukan yang terdahulu, berkenaan dengan perkara yang berikut: (a) menetapkan cara dalam mana apa-apa perkara boleh dirujuk kepada, atau apa-apa pertikaian boleh didengar oleh, Tribunal; (b) menetapkan tatacara yang hendak dipakai oleh Tribunal dalam mengurus apa-apa perkara yang dirujuk kepadanya, atau mendengar apa-apa pertikaian, di bawah Akta ini dan rekod yang hendak disimpan oleh Tribunal; (c) menetapkan cara bagaimana Tribunal dipanggil bersidang dan tempat di mana Tribunal mengadakan persidangannya; (d) menetapkan skala kos dan fi yang kena dibayar berkenaan dengan apa-apa siasatan atau prosiding di hadapan Tribunal; dan (e) amnya bagi menjalankan dengan lebih baik fungsi yang diberi kepada Tribunal di bawah Akta ini.
