s 46 List of things seized
(1) The Assistant Controller or police officer not below the rank of Inspector seizing any infringing copy, any copy suspected to be an infringing copy, contrivance, article, vehicle, book or document under this Part shall prepare a list of the things seized and forthwith deliver a copy signed by him to the occupier, or his agents or servants present in the premises.
(2) If the premises are unoccupied, the Assistant Controller or police officer not below the rank of Inspector shall wherever possible post a list of the things seized on the premises.

Senarai barang-barang yang disita
(1) Penolong Pengawal atau pegawai polis yang berpangkat tidak rendah daripada Inspektor yang menyita apa-apa salinan langgaran, apa-apa salinan yang disyaki adalah suatu salinan langgaran, perekaan, artikel, kenderaan, buku atau dokumen di bawah Bahagian ini hendaklah menyediakan suatu senarai barang-barang yang telah disita dan dengan serta-merta menyerahkan salinan yang telah ditandatangani olehnya kepada penduduk atau ejennya atau orang gajinya yang berada di premis itu.
(2) Jika premis tersebut tidak diduduki, Penolong Pengawal atau pegawai polis yang berpangkat tidak rendah daripada Inspektor hendaklah, barang di mana mungkin, meletakkan suatu senarai barang-barang yang disita di premis itu.
